So recently I decided to try a new recipe for something. So I thought about making Pumpkin Butter instead of Apple Butter this year. So I got out my recipe for Apple Butter and just switched out one ingredient and made in my Instant Pot. This will make enough for 3 jars, and each jar will last for 20 days, if you add citric acid you can add 20 more days.
This RECIPE is amazing. It is great on bagels, with oatmeal and just plain bread. So make sure you try this recipe next time you go out grab yourself a jar of pure pumpkin. You probably have the rest of the stuff at home.
What You Need
2 can of pumpkin
1 cup of apple juice
4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp of ground ginger (optional, I use for joint support)
1/2 cup of sugar
How to make
Simply place all the stuff in your Instant Pot and cook for 3 minutes on HIGH pressure. Once done it will be very HOT and you will let cool for 3 hours. Once cool place in the jars you have, use a marker and label them and place in the fridge.
