Food is my favorite part of the day. So I always make sure that when it comes to dinner I try and go all out a few nights a week. So last night I made some beef sandwiches, since I had an extra chuck roast I wanted to use but was tired of having the same old beef stew. Plus it was 100+ outside so a sandwich sounded amazing. So follow my recipe and you will enjoy my favorite way to use chuck beef in the summer.

What you need
3-4 pound beef chuck roast
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup of onion
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
some salt and pepper
16 oz of beef broth.
First you will want to cut your beef into chunks.
They need to be about 2-3 inches each.
Now place the beef into the Instant Pot.
Now add all the ingredients together all the but the beef broth.
Mix them up and let them sit together for 5 minutes.
(if you can leave for longer and get more flavor)
When ready turn the Instant Pot onto simmer mode and brown the meat
on each side for 2 minutes per side.
Now add the beef broth in and close your lid and and cook for 40-45 minutes.
Once the timer goes off you will turn off the machine but you will let
the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.
Once the 10 minutes is up you will open your valve and let the remaining pressure release.
At this time your meat should be tender and you can serve on some bread and enjoy. You might serve with swiss or provolone cheese.
