I know that eating Keto makes it hard to do different things. So my husband really wanted stuffed bell peppers. I felt bad for saying no. As he has been working hard on Keto. So I decided to try the low carb way with cauliflower rice. Once the recipe was done it came out so good that my husband was super impressed. So now I will share with you my new keto recipe. Keto Stuffed Bell Peppers, they are about 8 net carbs per pepper. So they are on the higher end and good after eating low carb all day.

What You Need
3/4 lb of ground beef
1/2 cup of cauliflower rice
3 big bell peppers
1 can of canned tomato sauce (8oz)
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp of fresh minced garlic
1/4 cup of diced onion
some salt and pepper
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 cup of water
How to make
For this, you will need to do pot in pot method.
I use this pot I found online and works amazing.
Next, you will cook your ground beef on your stovetop.
Once almost done, add your cauliflower rice and
tomato sauce into the pot.
Mix up well till looks like mine above.
Next, you will stuff the peppers till full.
It helps once you get in that you use a
spoon and push down so they are in
the small holes too.
Next place the water in the bottom of your pot.
then put the pot inside the pot.
Next, place your bell peppers into the pot.
The snugger the fit the better, they come out.
Now close the lid and turn on for 7 minutes.
Once the timer goes off make sure you turn off.
Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.
After the 10 minutes, you can open the valve
and let out any remaining steam.
Carefully remove the peppers, by using a slotted
spoon and having a bowl nearby to place in right way.
They are so soft that you will want to do this way.
