I cooked my noodles on the stove because me and my instant pot fight when it comes to cooking pasta in it. But I cooked everything else in the instantpot and it combined everything that I love together enchiladas and pasta together and it was really good. I added sour cream, chopped tomatoes and onions on top and it was just like eating an enchilada.
