Easy Apple Fritters
1 can of biscuit (ex. Pillsbury Junior grands) 1 apple (peeled , cored and diced) 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Oil to fry
Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 milk
Peel, remove core and dice apple. sprinkle 1/2 tsp cinnamon on apples & mix (you may add more to your taste) cut biscuits almost all the way. Leave 1/2 inch uncut to close. Fill about 1 tablespoon of apple filling more or less depends on the size of the biscuits. Pinch closed all the way around. Cut 3 slots on one side to make them look like bear claws. Fry I’m medium heat. Until golden brown. Do not fry in high heat they will burn and the middle will not cook. Sit on a rack to cool.
In a small pot add 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 milk. Mix while bring it up to a boil. Brush on glaze on to Apple fritters. Let rest on rack until glaze cools.
If you do not want to make a glaze you can use honey
